A shocking incident in Glasgow sees a teen attacked by youths, who then turn on a man trying to help
Glasgow: A wild scene unfolded in the city center when a group of youths attacked a teenage boy. It all went down outside McDonald’s on Sauchiehall Street.
Onlookers caught the chaos on video. The gang, made up of seven kids, really went after the boy, throwing punches and kicking him while he was down.
Some girls were just standing there, laughing and holding bottles of Buckfast. One guy even ran over to help the teen, but the gang turned on him too.
In the footage, you can hear the glass breaking as they hit him with a bottle. This all happened between 7 and 8 PM on a Tuesday night. An eyewitness mentioned overhearing two guys talking about the fight just ten minutes before it all kicked off.
Surprisingly, Police Scotland said they hadn’t received any reports about this incident. It’s a shocking reminder of how quickly things can escalate.
