Meet Eloise Violet John-Gay, born on November 26, 2024, at the Grange University Hospital. She weighed 7lb 2oz and is the first child of Brianna Gay and William John from Trevethin. Eloise made her grand entrance after being induced 13 days overdue.

Next up is Leo Dean Bessell, who arrived on July 27, 2024, also at the Grange University Hospital. Weighing in at 6lb 5oz, he’s the first child of Sadie Pearse and Lewis Bessell from Llantarnam. His parents shared how thrilled they are, saying he was born in just six hours and is already very spoiled as the first grandchild!

And let’s not forget Florence Goodwin, born on December 20, 2024, at 12:48 am, weighing 8lb 13oz. She’ll be joining her parents, Emma Wilkins and Cameron Goodwin, along with her big brother Joseph, who’s three, at their home in Risca. Her parents were so grateful for the amazing midwives who supported them during her speedy delivery, which took just an hour and 23 minutes of active labor.
