Police are asking the public not to approach a missing man, Andzejs Rucs, and to call 999 if spotted due to welfare concerns
Skelmersdale: Police are really worried about a young man named Andzejs Rucs who’s gone missing. They’re asking everyone to keep an eye out but not to approach him if you see him.
Andzejs is just 21 years old, and he was last spotted in Ennerdale around 4 PM on January 8. The police are concerned for his safety and want to find him as soon as possible.
He’s about 5 feet 10 inches tall, has a slim build, and dark brown hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing a blue t-shirt and a black gilet with a hood. They even shared his picture on social media to help spread the word.
In a statement, the police said they really need the public’s help to locate him. If anyone has any information or sees him, they should call 999 right away instead of trying to approach him.
