Ruth worked at Liberty of London and was known for her dedication. Her family said no words could really express how much she meant to them. She leaves behind a loving husband, siblings, and nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
In connection with her death, a 20-year-old man and two teenagers have been arrested but are currently on bail. Detective Sergeant Sam Nason is urging anyone with information or footage of a grey Jaguar XJ around the time of the crash to come forward.
