Three teenagers have been arrested following the tragic stabbing of a popular 17-year-old student in Bedford
Bedford: It’s such a heartbreaking situation. Three teens were arrested after a 17-year-old student named Thomas Taylor was stabbed to death near a bus station. This happened around 5:50 PM on Wednesday.
Police have taken a 17-year-old and two 18-year-olds into custody on murder charges. They’re still figuring out what exactly went down. A man in his 60s was also arrested for helping someone involved but has been released on bail.
People have been leaving flowers near the bus station to honor Thomas. It’s just so tragic to see a young life lost like this. The police are asking anyone who was around at the time to come forward with any information.
Detective Inspector Richard Stott, who’s leading the investigation, called it a shocking incident. He reassured the community that they’re doing everything they can to get to the bottom of this and are increasing patrols in the area.
