A crash in Halesowen left three people injured, with two women hospitalized after the incident early Thursday morning
Halesowen: Early this morning, three people got hurt in a car crash on a busy road. It involved two moving cars and a parked vehicle, which is quite a mess.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at the junction of Stourbridge Road and Fox Hollies Drive just before 4 AM. They found two women who were pretty banged up and took them to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
There was also a guy from another car who got treated on-site before heading to Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. The driver of the second car was checked out but didn’t need any treatment.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent a whole team to help out, including three ambulances and a trauma doctor. They found four people needing care when they arrived.
The two women had serious injuries, but thankfully, they weren’t life-threatening. They got treated and then were taken to the hospital for more checks.
The man from the first car had some injuries too, but nothing too serious. He got treated at the scene and then went to the hospital for further assessment.
As for the driver of the second car, he was fine and didn’t need any help. He just got some self-care advice and was sent on his way.
In the end, no one else needed treatment, which is a relief.
