A group of teens caused chaos at an Apple Store in Brent Cross, stealing devices and clashing with security before being arrested
Brent Cross: So, there was this wild scene at the Apple Store today. Six teenage boys got arrested after they rushed in and stole a bunch of phones. It all went down around 2:30 PM, and someone caught it on video.
In the clip, you can see these hooded teens pushing past security and just going for it. Customers were freaking out and running out of the store. One security guy even managed to kick a phone away from a thief as they were escaping. Talk about a close call!
There were about nine of them in total, but the police quickly swooped in and arrested six boys aged between 14 and 18. They’re now in custody, and the police are still looking into what happened.
The video was shared by a user named Christina Anagnosti, who filmed it from above. She said it was pretty chaotic, and you could see everything happening through the glass front of the store.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrests and said they got the call just after the theft happened. They acted fast and managed to catch the teens shortly after the incident. It’s a reminder that things can get a bit crazy in busy places like shopping centers!
