A teenage girl was reportedly sexually assaulted near a leisure centre in Staffordshire, prompting police to seek witnesses for help.
Chasetown: A teenage girl has gone through a really tough time after a suspected sexual attack near a leisure centre. It happened in a field behind Burntwood Leisure Centre on Monday afternoon.
Police are asking anyone who might have seen something to step forward. They haven’t shared any details about the suspect yet, but they want to hear from anyone who was around at about 3 PM when the incident occurred.
Staffordshire Police is on the case, looking into what happened. They’re really hoping that someone might have seen or heard something that could help them out.
A spokesperson for Lichfield Police mentioned that they believe the girl was assaulted in that area. They’re urging anyone with information to get in touch as soon as possible.
