Hull: The search for Richard is still on, and it’s getting a lot of attention. He was last seen on December 30 in the Molescroft area. Richard is 55, about 6 feet tall, with dark brown hair and a bushy beard. He was likely wearing a tan coat and dark denim trousers.

Police have been working hard, going door to door and checking CCTV footage to figure out where he might have gone. They even released some CCTV clips to help jog people’s memories.

Today, they’re asking anyone who might have been near the River Hull, especially by the Crown and Anchor pub in Tickton, to come forward. They want to know if you were walking, boating, or just passing by between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM on the day he disappeared.

Chief Inspector Owen Stafford mentioned that they’ve been following up on leads for over a week now. They know Richard was seen walking across Molescroft Pavilion at 9:08 AM and then headed towards the pub. The last confirmed sighting was at 9:37 AM along the riverbank.

Special search teams, including scent dogs and underwater units, are out looking for him. They’re really hoping someone might have seen something or has footage that could help. They’re also asking people to check their outbuildings, just in case Richard sought shelter somewhere.

Thanks to everyone who’s been helping out, whether by searching or sharing information online. Every little bit helps. If you have any info, even if it seems small, you can call Humberside Police at 101 and mention log 95 from December 30.
