Swansea: Scott Mills just wrapped up his time in the Christmas pantomime, and he’s feeling a bit nostalgic. He played Mayor Mills in “Jack and The Beanstalk” at the Swansea Grand Theatre for seven weeks.

After the final show, he took to Facebook to share his feelings. He’s really going to miss the friendly vibe of Swansea and, of course, those delicious Welshcakes. He said it was a phenomenal experience with a fantastic crew.

Scott mentioned how much he learned from his talented castmates, who were super supportive, especially when he was feeling a bit out of his depth. He won’t forget their kindness.

This year’s panto was set in ‘Merry Mumbles’ and told the story of a family struggling to keep their cow, Buttercup, while dealing with a giant. Scott swapped his DJ booth for a glittery one on stage, even picking up some Welsh phrases along the way.

He described panto as pure magic, despite the long hours and hard work. The joy on kids’ faces made it all worthwhile. It’s a special part of the holiday season, and he’s grateful to everyone at Swansea Grand Theatre for their warmth.

This isn’t Scott’s first time on stage; he made his panto debut last year and found it a bit scary at first. But he’s made lifelong friends through the experience.

Fans loved his performance, with one reviewer saying they had a blast and were glad they didn’t get wet during the show. Sounds like it was a hit!
