Elmbridge Borough Council is on the case, trying to track down the person responsible. They shared a video showing the act happening at Cowey Sale. It all went down on a Tuesday evening, and it’s got them pretty riled up.
They’re calling it fly-tipping, and they’re worried about the local wildlife. I mean, who wouldn’t be? They’ve even asked the public for help in identifying the culprit. It’s a bit of a mess, to say the least.
The council mentioned that the person was there for about ten minutes, and a few cars passed by during that time. They’re hoping someone might have seen something.
