A 22-year-old man has been jailed after a series of thefts in Peterborough
He got a two-year criminal behavior order last January, which meant he wasn’t supposed to step foot in those stores. But that didn’t stop him. In November, he even got a suspended sentence for theft and assault. Fast forward to January 6, and he’s now facing 36 weeks in jail after admitting to a bunch of crimes in December.
Turner’s list of misdeeds is pretty long. He swiped over £500 worth of stuff from Sainsbury’s, messed with vehicles in Gunthorpe, and even took bank cards from a car. He didn’t stop there; he also stole alcohol from Tesco and ASDA, all while ignoring the court orders.
PC Buckingham, who looked into the case, mentioned that Turner has been caught breaching his order six times. They’re serious about enforcing this and want anyone with info to come forward. If you know anything about Turner’s antics, the police are all ears.
