Perth: Police are still looking for a man who went missing over a week ago. They’re asking the public for help in finding John McNeil.

John was last seen on December 27, 2024, and his family reported him missing two days later. They got worried when he didn’t reach out to them.

Officers have been talking to people in the area where he was last spotted, hoping someone might remember something. They focused on places like Stanley Crescent and Crieff Road.

They were out there at the same time John was last seen, trying to jog some memories. He was last seen walking on the Lade Path, heading away from the city center.

John is a white male, about 5ft 10 inches tall, with short grey hair. When he disappeared, he was wearing a navy jacket, navy trousers, a light blue shirt, and a navy tie.

He might also have had a dark hat and a rucksack with him. The police are really hoping someone can help them piece together what happened.

Inspector Duncan mentioned they’re still gathering information and urged anyone who might have seen John since December 27 to reach out.

If you have any info, you can contact the police at 101 and mention incident number 1118 from December 29, 2024. Every little bit helps!
