A search is ongoing in Aberdeen for two sisters who vanished earlier this week, with police and helicopters involved in the effort.
Aberdeen: A big search is on for two sisters who went missing earlier this week. Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, both 32, were last seen near the River Dee.
This morning, police were out in full force, checking the water and riverbanks close to the Queen Elizabeth Bridge. They even had a helicopter flying overhead to help with the search.
The sisters were reported missing after being spotted on CCTV near the river early Tuesday morning. They were last seen around 2am, crossing Victoria Bridge and heading towards the river path.
Police have been working hard, using boats and divers to search the area. They’re also asking local businesses to check their CCTV footage from that night to see if they caught anything useful.
Chief Inspector Darren Bruce mentioned that they’re doing everything they can to find the sisters. They’re also reaching out to anyone who might have seen them or has information to get in touch.
It’s a tough situation, and everyone is hoping for a positive outcome. If you have any info, don’t hesitate to reach out to the police.
