This happened on Bow Road around 4:30 PM on November 27. The police are on it and have even released a sketch of the guy they want to talk to. They’re taking this super seriously.
They described the suspect as a short white man with blond hair and no facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers. If anyone recognizes him, they really want you to reach out.
The police said, “If you know who this is, please contact us and mention the case number.” It’s just wild to think something like this could happen in broad daylight.
