A proposal for a 32-bed HMO on Beverley Road has been submitted to Hull City Council for review and approval
Hull: Plans are in the works for a 32-bed house in multiple occupation on Beverley Road. The site at 337-341 Beverley Road used to be three separate homes but has been combined into one.
For years, it served as office space for an engineering firm, Alan Wood & Partners. They’re moving to a new spot soon, which is more modern and better suited for their growing needs.
The new plans aim to transform the property into a living space with kitchens, bedrooms, and en-suites on all three floors. Plus, there’s even a gym planned for the ground floor!
Here’s how the bedrooms will be laid out: twelve on the ground floor, another twelve on the first floor, and eight on the second floor. Each room will have its own en-suite, which is pretty neat.
They’re also planning to add thirteen parking bays, a bike storage area for twenty cycles, and space for four motorcycles. Access will be easy from Beverley Road, Lambert Street, and the back of the property.
Now, it’s up to Hull City Council to decide on these proposals. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome!
