Peterborough: Exciting news for food lovers! Plans are in place for a new takeaway called Noor Grill House. It’s taking over the old Woodston Chippy on Oundle Road. They’ll be serving everything from burgers to kebabs, and even pizza and fried chicken. Yum!

The city council gave the green light for this project recently. They’re not just stopping at the takeaway; there’s also a two-bedroom flat being added. The building will get a fresh look with a new shop front and some stylish black and grey paint.

The owner, Zaffer Hussain, believes this will really spruce up the area. He mentioned that the old place was looking pretty shabby. Plus, he thinks this new spot will boost the neighborhood’s value.

As for the takeaway hours, they’ll be open from 9 am to 11 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 11 pm on Sundays and holidays. Before anyone moves into the flat or the takeaway opens, they need to sort out a noise protection plan to keep things peaceful.

So, if you’re in Peterborough, get ready for some tasty new options coming your way!
