Stockton: So, there was this wild scene in Stockton where someone got stuck in a railing. It all kicked off around 11 PM on Saturday night.
Firefighters, police, and ambulance crews rushed to the corner of Durham Road bypass and Norton Road. They had to close off the road while the firefighters used a grinder to cut through the railing. Sparks were flying everywhere!
