Burton Bradstock: Ofsted recently gave a thumbs up to Burton Bradstock CE Primary School. They found that the kids there are not just learning well but are also super polite. Can you believe they hold doors open for each other without even being asked? That’s pretty cool!

The inspectors were really impressed with the school’s curriculum. They said it’s ambitious and well-structured, which helps kids understand things better. Plus, the little ones dive into reading right from the start, enjoying all sorts of books.

What’s neat is how the school uses its location on the Jurassic Coast to enhance learning. The kids even get to join in workshops with the National Trust, which sounds like a fun way to learn about nature!

And let’s not forget about the local coffee shop where the kids sell coffee and cake. It’s a great way for them to build confidence while serving the community. How awesome is that?

Ofsted also highlighted how the teachers are great at supporting students with special needs. They really take the time to adapt lessons to fit everyone’s needs, which is so important.

Adam Gough, the headteacher, expressed his joy over the report, saying it shows how special the school is. He emphasized their commitment to nurturing each child’s growth in all areas—academically and personally.

Liz West, the CEO of Initio Learning Trust, also congratulated the team for their hard work. She noted that the report reflects their dedication to providing excellent educational opportunities for the kids.
