A registered nurse will offer baby yoga and massage classes in Pembrokeshire to support parents and enhance bonding with their little ones
Pembrokeshire: A registered nurse is bringing some soothing baby yoga and massage classes to the area. Rhian Chumroo, who runs Rubba-Bubba with Rhi, is all about helping parents and grandparents connect with their little ones.
She’s already got two classes going in St Clears and is set to add four more in Haverfordwest and Pembroke starting mid-February. How cool is that?
Rhian believes that baby yoga and massage can really help moms, especially those dealing with post-natal depression. She started this journey after attending classes with her youngest, Ayda, and found it to be a lovely way to bond.
Each class lasts an hour, split into 30 minutes of massage and yoga, followed by 30 minutes of social time. It’s a great chance for parents to chat and share experiences over a hot cuppa.
Rhian’s classes are baby-led, meaning they go at the little ones’ pace. If a baby cries, that’s totally fine! It’s all about support and understanding.
Even with her busy schedule, Rhian plans to keep her job as a registered nurse and health visitor for the NHS. She’s a mom of three with over 20 years of experience, and she’s passionate about empowering parents.
She loves what she does and believes that when parents feel supported, they can nurture their babies even better. For more info, check out the Rubba-Bubba with Rhi website or their Facebook page.
