A mother reacted angrily after her son was lightly hit on the head at a nightclub
Carla Bratkowski, 38, got into a heated argument and ended up shoving Amelia Wood in the face. The inflatable toys were being passed around, and Amelia just tapped Bratkowski’s son on the head. But that didn’t sit well with the mum, who started screaming and acting aggressively.
In court, Bratkowski admitted to the assault. The prosecutor mentioned that Amelia has autism and finds certain situations tough. She said the incident left her feeling anxious and scared to go back to Birkenhead.
Bratkowski had a history of trouble with the law, including battery and theft. Her lawyer explained that she has ADHD and wasn’t on her medication at the time due to a shortage. She reacted aggressively after Amelia filmed her and got in her face.
After the nightclub incident, Amelia faced more trouble while waiting for a taxi. She got into a fight with Emma Davis, who pulled her hair and dragged her down. Emma, who had no prior offenses, also admitted to assault in court.
Both women received community orders, had to complete rehabilitation days, and were fined. Bratkowski was ordered to pay Amelia £100, while Emma had to pay £200.
