Washington D.C.: Melania Trump’s friends say she feels like a “different person” now that Donald Trump is back in the White House.
Donald is only the second person to reclaim the Oval Office. Grover Cleveland was the first, serving as the 22nd and 24th President.
Regine Mahaux, Melania’s friend and photographer, says the First Lady is now “free to make a statement.” Friends describe her as strong and friendly, focusing on being a mother and wife.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, Regine praises Melania for being firm but never rude. She handles tough conversations with grace and doesn’t complain.
Regine notes, “She’s more free now to express herself. She’s a different person than eight years ago and stays true to herself.”
She adds that the energy feels different this time, with new people around the President. Regine compares Melania to the Queen of England, saying she never whines or complains.
Melania supports her husband’s decisions and is described as a great “number two.” She prioritizes her family, including her father, Viktor Knavs.
Viktor, who is 80, recently attended the inauguration. Melania admires both her father and husband, despite their different backgrounds.
Herve Pierre, Melania’s stylist, shares that she likes to be hands-on. She packs her own suitcase and even makes coffee for her staff.
In her free time, Melania enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family and is a dedicated mother. She starts her day at 6 am and often works late into the night.
On inauguration day, she walked about 16 kilometers and climbed 39 flights of stairs in high heels. Regine mentions she finished her day at 2 am, maintaining her usual perfection.
