Los Angeles: So, Meghan Markle had this thing about New Year’s resolutions. She used to make them every year, hoping to kick some bad habits. But, let’s be real, she found it tough to stick to them, especially after a few drinks.

Back in January 2016, before she met Prince Harry, she shared her struggles on her blog, The Tig. She mentioned wanting to run a marathon, stop biting her nails, and even cut down on swearing. But guess what? The marathon never happened, and the swearing? Well, it pops up when she’s stressed or feeling a bit cheeky.

She also tried to relearn French, a language she studied in school. But after spending time in Buenos Aires, Spanish took over. She joked about her Rosetta Stone headset not really helping her out. And yeah, biting her nails? Still a thing, especially during turbulent flights.

Instead of making resolutions that year, Meghan decided to take a different approach. She wanted to enjoy life, keep her standards high, but also be kind to herself. Her goal? To leave room for magic and be okay with plans changing.

Looking ahead, it’s unclear what 2025 holds for Meghan and Harry. They’re set to head to Canada for the Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler. Plus, Meghan is gearing up to launch her new brand, American Riviera Orchard.

She teased this brand last March with a new website and Instagram page. But so far, her products have only been shared with celebrity pals. And while everyone’s excited, they’re still waiting for the chance to buy her jam. There’s been some hiccups with trademarking, too, so fingers crossed she gets that sorted out soon!
