He’s about 6 feet tall and has a slim build. If you see him, he might be with a black whippet dog and could have grown a bushy beard.
Clough has connections to places like Blackpool, Morecambe, Lancaster, and even Workington in Cumbria. If you know where he is, give the police a shout at 101.
