One Eight Six, Manchester’s hidden gem, is back in January with free entry and exciting live music.
Recently, it was announced that new management has taken over, and they’re bringing back Dean Mac to lead the charge. He’s a well-loved entertainer, and his return is sure to bring some excitement.
One Eight Six first opened its doors over four years ago, and it’s got a cool hidden entrance through a barber shop. The new owners have given the place a fresh look with updated seating and colors, which will be revealed soon.
Dean Mac will be at the helm of the music lineup, featuring soul, Motown, and RnB performances every night. They’re also bringing back some of Manchester’s best musicians and DJs, including the Sublime 7 and others.
The goal is to make One Eight Six the go-to spot for live music lovers in the city. They’re kicking things off with a VIP party on January 24, and then the public can join in starting January 31. Plus, there’s a new cocktail menu inspired by the barbershop upstairs, with fun names like ‘Champagne Supernova’ and ‘Return of The Mac’.
Dean Mac is super excited about the relaunch, saying they’re ready to bring back the energy and unforgettable moments that everyone has missed. They’ve listened to the community and decided to scrap the £12 entry fee, extend reservation times, and enhance the live music experience.
One Eight Six will be open Thursdays from 6 PM to 1 AM, Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM to 2 AM, and Sundays from 5 PM to 1 AM. Bookings are already live, so get ready to enjoy some great nights out!
