A man and woman are recovering in the hospital after a BMW crashed into a wall in Salford early this morning
Salford: A man and a woman are in the hospital after a BMW crashed into a wall. It happened early this morning on Leigh Road.
According to the police, the car clipped a kerb before it mounted the pavement. It was around 3:30 AM when the accident occurred. The wall was completely destroyed, with bricks scattered everywhere.
The man, in his 30s, suffered serious injuries that are life-threatening. The woman, in her 40s, has injuries that aren’t life-threatening. Both are still getting treatment in the hospital.
A neighbor saw the whole thing unfold. He mentioned seeing the car’s headlights before it crashed into the wall. He said it looked like the car was sideways before it hit.
After hitting the wall, the car bounced off and ended up upside down on the other side of the road. It was quite a scene, with police and ambulances everywhere.
Now, the police are asking for help. They want anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage from that time to reach out.
