Scottish SPCA offers affordable neutering for pets in Glasgow and Paisley
Glasgow: Pet owners can now neuter their pets for less. The Scottish SPCA has a new program for this.
They partnered with Glasgow University. Final-year vet students will perform the procedures. A qualified vet will supervise them.
Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. But spots are limited each week.
This offer is for residents in G1-G82 postcodes in Glasgow and PA1-PA8 in Paisley. However, dogs from outside the UK can’t join due to health risks.
To apply, call 0141 530 3741 and choose option three. This is available Monday to Friday, from 10am to 3pm.
Here are the costs: Female dog – £150, Male dog – £120, Female cat – £50, Male cat – £40.
