Emmerdale viewers are buzzing with theories about John Sugden’s dark intentions towards Aaron after a shocking murder twist
Yorkshire: Emmerdale has been serving up some seriously tense moments lately. John Sugden, played by Oliver Farnworth, is in deep trouble as he tries to cover up the murder of Anthony Fox.
Last week, things took a dark turn when Anthony was killed at Caleb’s depot after his past as a sex abuser came to light. It was a heavy scene, especially for Ruby, who had suffered at his hands as a child.
Aaron Dingle, played by Danny Miller, noticed Ruby’s distress and went to confront Anthony. He shared his own painful story about being abused, hoping to get Anthony to turn himself in. But things escalated quickly, and after a brutal confrontation, Aaron left Anthony bloodied but alive.
When Aaron returned with John, they found Anthony dead. Talk about a twist! Aaron was freaking out, but John took charge and got rid of the body.
The next day, Aaron was still reeling from guilt. Behind the pub, he and John had a tense moment about what to do with Anthony’s car. John suggested they make it look like Anthony had left town, but Aaron was uneasy about it.
