H&M will charge £2.95 for online returns starting February 3, affecting all customers, including loyalty members
London: H&M is changing its returns policy. Starting February 3, customers will pay a fee for online returns.
The new charge is £2.95, up from £1.99. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Loyalty members currently enjoy free returns, but that will change too. They will also pay the £2.95 fee starting February 3.
Don’t worry! If you return faulty items or go to an H&M store, there’s no fee.
H&M stated that returns are free for faulty items. They also mentioned that online returns in-store are always free.
You can return items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Plus, you get an extra 14 days for returns, totaling 28 days.
If you return items, H&M will refund the order value minus the return fee. If you keep some items, the delivery cost won’t be refunded.
Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 14 days after H&M gets your return. If you don’t see your refund, contact H&M Customer Service.
For returns after 28 days, H&M may issue a refund via an e-Merchandise Card.
