Glasgow: So, there was this crazy incident where a parked van got set on fire. It happened early in the morning on Fingal Street, around 5:45 AM.

Luckily, no one got hurt, and the fire was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. But still, it’s pretty wild, right?

Police are really keen to find out who did this. They’re asking anyone with info to step forward. They especially want to talk to the driver of a white Skoda Octavia that was nearby.

Detective Constable Fraser McGill mentioned that this was a reckless act. Even though no one was injured, it could have caused damage to other vehicles and properties.

They’re urging folks to check their private CCTV and dash-cams if they were driving in the area. Any little bit of info could help them out.

If you know anything, you can reach out to Police Scotland at 101 and mention incident number 0448 from January 2, 2025. Let’s hope they get to the bottom of this!
