Glasgow: Police have cordoned off Argyle Street after a man and woman were found hurt inside a property. This happened following what’s being called a disturbance.

Emergency services got the call around 1:10 AM on Tuesday. Since then, they’ve closed off a busy stretch of road between University Avenue and Church Street.

Both the man and woman were quickly taken to the hospital, but we don’t know how serious their injuries are just yet.

Authorities have arrested a man in connection with the incident, and you can still see police around the area on Tuesday morning.

Drivers are being told to find another route to avoid the closed-off section.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland mentioned that Argyle Street is shut down due to the report of the injured individuals. They’re still investigating the situation.
