London: Gail’s is gearing up to open three new bakeries this winter. They’re really expanding fast! Co-founder Tom Molnar shared plans to launch 30-40 new spots across the UK by 2025.
But not everyone is thrilled. Some folks are excited about a fancy bakery coming to their neighborhood, while others worry it might hurt local independent bakeries. It’s a bit of a mixed bag.
What’s clear is that London is a big focus for Gail’s. The new locations in Southwark and Primrose Hill are set to open on January 30. The Southwark spot will be in an old fire station, which is pretty cool.
