Glasgow: Forensics were seen on Argyle Street after a disturbance left three people injured, including a pensioner. It all kicked off in the early hours, around 1:10 AM.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Blantyre Street. A 49-year-old woman and two men, aged 48 and 78, were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police arrested a 48-year-old man in connection with the incident. They’ve cordoned off the area, and officers in white suits are on-site gathering evidence.

Argyle Street is closed between Bunhouse Road and Sauchiehall Street, so drivers should steer clear and find other routes for now.

Police Scotland confirmed the details, saying the injured were taken to the hospital and that inquiries are ongoing. They’re asking everyone to avoid the area while they work.

We’ve reached out to Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service for updates and will keep you posted on this developing story.
