Phuket: The family of Regan Kelly is in turmoil after his body was discovered on a beach in Thailand. He had just started a month-long trip when he went missing on January 3.

Regan, a 28-year-old building surveyor from Selsdon, was last seen on CCTV leaving a bar with a man he had been talking to. It looked like they were having a heated discussion before he took off toward the beach.

His sister, Laurie, and their dad flew to Thailand to find out what happened. They want to confront the man Regan was last seen with. Laurie mentioned that the conversation seemed tense, and Regan looked upset.

Sadly, the next day, a watersports instructor found Regan’s naked body in the sea. The family is desperate for answers and has set up a fundraiser to help bring him back to the UK for a second autopsy.

Laurie expressed her concerns, saying, “Something isn’t sitting right with me.” She and her dad had been in touch with Regan regularly since he arrived in Thailand, so they were alarmed when they couldn’t reach him.

When he was last seen, Regan was wearing shorts and a Mad Monkey t-shirt. Laurie described the man he was with as a muscular tourist in a white t-shirt. She hopes he can shed light on what happened that night.

Regan was known for being sociable and friendly, not a reckless party-goer. The family just wants to understand what led to this tragic situation. They’re determined to get him home and find closure.
