Harry Pszza in Salford is winning hearts with unique pizza toppings and rave reviews
Salford: Harry Pszza is a popular pizza spot. It’s known for unique toppings. Many people love ordering pizza for takeout.
They’ve tried big chains like Domino’s and Papa John’s. But Harry Pszza is getting more attention lately. It’s located on Ridyard Street, near Walkden Town Centre.
Harry Pszza started as a pop-up in 2019. Owner Harshal Patel began from home. The business grew quickly, leading to a permanent shop.
Now, Harry and his wife Jo run the shop full-time. They also have a couple of delivery drivers. Their hard work has earned them several awards.
Harry was a finalist in the Pizza Chef of the Year competition for two years. They also won Gold in the PAPA Industry Awards for Independent Pizza Delivery Shop.
Curious about the buzz, we ordered pizza on a busy Saturday night. Choosing a pizza was tough with so many toppings and quirky names.
Popular choices include Lucifer’s Kiss and The Hague. We decided to try a classic margherita and the unusual Porkies Revenge.
Porkies Revenge features a BBQ base topped with chorizo, pepperoni, ham, and Frazzles. It sounds odd, but it surprisingly works well.
The pizza bases are super thin but filling. They have thick, tasty crusts that enhance the flavors. You won’t feel overly stuffed after eating.
For dessert, they offer a sweet pizza or cannoli. We chose cannoli, which are crispy pastry shells filled with sweet cream.
The cannoli were delicious, with a perfect crunch and creamy filling. It’s easy to see why people rave about this place.
Customers are thrilled with their pizzas. One said it’s much better than the usual chains. Another recommended picking up the pizza for the full experience.
Pizzas start at £8 for a 13-inch size. They also offer larger 18-inch pizzas. Cannoli costs £1.25 each. Check their menu online or on social media.
