A search is on for Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, two sisters missing from Aberdeen since January 7, raising concerns among family and friends
Aberdeen: A multi-agency search is in full swing for two missing sisters, Eliza and Henrietta Huszti. They disappeared near the River Dee earlier this week, and it’s got everyone worried.
Both sisters are 32 years old, white, slim, and have long brown hair. They were last spotted on CCTV in the city center, and it’s been a few days since anyone has seen them.
The police are really stepping up their efforts. They’ve got teams on land, in the air, and even on the water, all trying to find the sisters. It’s a big deal since they’re part of a set of triplets.
So, when were they reported missing? Well, it was on January 11, just a few days after they were last seen. Their last sighting was around 2:12 AM on January 7, when they were seen walking through the Market Street area.
After that, they crossed the Victoria Bridge and headed towards the River Dee. The police have been searching the riverbanks and even using helicopters to help with the search.
Chief Inspector Darren Bruce mentioned that they’re using all sorts of resources, including police dogs and divers, to find Eliza and Henrietta. It’s a serious situation, and they’re doing everything they can.
The family is understandably worried. Their brother Jozsef said he spoke to them just before they went missing, and they seemed fine. Their sister Edit also mentioned they looked happy during a video call on New Year’s Eve.
This disappearance is really out of character for them, as they usually don’t go out much. The police are asking local businesses to check their CCTV footage and for anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
They’re urging anyone who might have seen the sisters or has any information to contact them. It’s a tough time for the family, and everyone is hoping for a safe return.
