East Lothian: So, here’s the scoop. Police are on the lookout for info after a campervan went missing from a home in Haddington. It was taken late at night and later found in Edinburgh.

The campervan, a grey Volkswagen T6 Transporter, was snatched from Arthurs Way between 11:30 and 11:55 PM on January 6. Can you believe that?

They managed to recover it on Goldcrest Place in Edinburgh a couple of days later. Now, the police are really hoping someone saw something and can help them out.

Detective Constable Jamie Donaldson mentioned they appreciate the tips they’ve gotten so far but are still eager for more. They’re especially asking folks in the Goldcrest Place area to check their dash-cams or doorbell footage for anything odd.

If you think you might have seen something, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can call Police Scotland at 101 and mention incident number 1607 from January 7, 2025. Or, if you want to stay anonymous, you can contact Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
