Leicester: So, there was this wild incident in Leicester where a drunk woman, Tiffany Trigg, kicked a stranger right in the chest. Why? Because she snatched a Cabbage Patch Kid doll from her! Can you believe it?

This all went down outside The Highcross pub last September. The victim was just walking by with her doll, which she had bought from a charity shop for £23. Trigg, who was clearly in no state to be out, grabbed the doll and refused to give it back.

When the victim asked for her doll back, Trigg responded by kicking her. After that, she just took off! But the drama didn’t end there. Later that day, she attacked a police officer who was trying to arrest her. Talk about a bad day!

In court, it turned out Trigg had a pretty long record, with 19 offenses, including assaults on emergency workers. Her lawyer mentioned that she’s a mother of three but only sees one of her kids. Apparently, she wanted the doll for her daughter.

Her lawyer argued that it was all an “alcohol-fueled” incident and that Trigg has some serious mental health issues. They asked the court for a conditional discharge, saying it should have been handled with her earlier case.

The magistrates decided to give her an 18-month conditional discharge, but they made it clear that her actions were aggressive and could have caused serious harm. It’s a crazy story, right?
