The police were on the scene and couldn’t believe their eyes. It was 8:55 AM, and this dude was cruising along Speke Hall Avenue with his car covered in snow and ice. Talk about a wild sight!
Officers quickly reported him for not being able to see the road properly. They even shared a pic on Twitter, saying, “Just when you think you’ve seen it all!”
