These reports followed a prior review that covered South Wales Fire and Rescue Service. That earlier report revealed bullying and harassment problems, where some women faced online pursuit and unwanted pictures. One firefighter even refused to speak to a woman, and issues with drugs, alcohol, and assaults also surfaced.
