Croydon: So, there’s a bunch of roadworks happening in Croydon that are going to mess with traffic in January and February. Areas like Purley, Thornton Heath, Addiscombe, South Croydon, and Shirley are all on the list.
These works are being done by different groups, including Croydon Council and Thames Water. If you want the full scoop on which roads will be closed or have temporary traffic lights, check out Croydon Council’s website.
In January, you can expect closures on Chestnut Grove, Thornton Avenue, and Selwood Road, among others. Some of these closures will last for weeks, so plan your routes accordingly.
