Croydon: A tragic situation unfolded when Regan Kelly’s body was found in the sea off a Thai beach. His family is heartbroken and desperate for answers. Regan, just 28, had flown to Thailand for a month-long adventure but went missing shortly after arriving.
He was staying at the Mad Monkey Hostel in Phuket and was last seen on January 3. CCTV footage shows him at the hostel bar chatting with another man who wasn’t a guest there. It’s all so puzzling.
The last video captured him running towards the beach, with the other man trailing behind. Sadly, the next day, a water sports instructor discovered Regan’s naked body in the water. His family confirmed it was him after reporting him missing.
Now, his sister Laurie and dad are in Thailand, trying to piece together what happened. Regan was last seen wearing shorts and a t-shirt, but when his body was found, he had no clothes or belongings, not even his phone.
