Five boys have been charged following a dramatic robbery at the Brent Cross Apple Store
London: So, there was this wild scene at the Apple Store in Brent Cross. Five teenage boys got charged after they pulled off a crazy heist, stealing about 50 phones. Can you believe it?
It all went down on a Sunday afternoon. Around 2:30 PM, a group of hooded teens rushed into the store, grabbed the phones, and bolted out. Customers were so freaked out that they ran for the exit!
Luckily, most of the stolen phones were found by the police. They arrested six people right after the incident, and now five of them are facing charges.
One of the boys, 18-year-old Mycah Omo-Idahosa from Lambeth, is set to appear in court. Two other 15-year-olds from Lambeth, a 14-year-old from Croydon, and a 16-year-old from Cambridge are also in trouble for this robbery.
Since they’re minors, their names haven’t been released. There was one more 15-year-old who got arrested but has been let go while the police keep investigating.
Pretty intense, right? Just goes to show how quickly things can escalate!
