Coventry: A couple of guys are in hot water after a stabbing incident. It all went down on Stoney Stanton Road earlier this month.

A man was found in pretty bad shape on January 5. Thankfully, his injuries weren’t life-threatening, but he still had to be rushed to the hospital.

The police have been on the case, and just recently, they announced that they’ve charged two men. Horeb Mayukua, 21, and Leonard Hunte, 18, both from Coventry, are facing some serious charges, including attempted murder and having a blade.

They showed up in court on January 18 and are now waiting for their next hearing at Warwick Crown Court on February 14.

Detective Inspector Sherrie Kimberley thanked the community for stepping up and sharing information during their investigation. It’s good to see people looking out for each other.
