Mission Christmas urgently needs donations to provide gifts for 812 children in south Wales this holiday season
Wales: A Christmas appeal is on, and it’s asking for your help! Mission Christmas is trying to gather gifts for over 800 kids in just six days. They really need donations to make sure every child gets a present this year.
Right now, they still need gifts for 812 kids who’ve signed up. So, they’re reaching out to everyone for help, whether it’s a gift or a cash donation. Every little bit counts!
WalesOnline is also running its own Christmas appeal this year. If you want to support that, just click around on their site to find out how.
Margaret from Penclawdd Pharmacy has already collected some gifts, which is awesome! The folks behind Mission Christmas say they want to make sure kids living in poverty can enjoy Christmas too. With the cost of living going up, many families are really struggling.
They’re looking for new, unwrapped gifts for kids and teens aged 0 to 18. If you or your workplace want to help out, you can drop off gifts at their HQ or local spots. You can also order gifts online or find out where to drop them off.
Plus, any money raised will go towards buying gifts for age groups they’re having trouble helping. If they manage to fulfill all the requests, any leftover funds will support kids in need in the New Year.
If you want to help Mission Christmas, you can donate at any B&M store in south Wales or at Wickes in Swansea and Cardiff. You can also donate online or give cash. And hey, if you want the latest news, join their WhatsApp community for daily updates!
