Cardiff City’s Joel Colwill is attracting interest from three League One clubs as he is recalled from his loan at Cheltenham Town
Cardiff: So, it looks like Joel Colwill is in the spotlight! Three League One clubs are keen on him, especially since he might be recalled from his loan at Cheltenham Town.
He’s been on fire lately, scoring nine goals and getting three assists this season. That’s pretty impressive for a young lad! With Cardiff struggling a bit in the league, it makes sense they’d want him back.
But there’s a chance he could go out on loan again, just at a higher level. Cardiff’s boss, Omer Riza, thinks he’s a great player and is doing really well in League Two.
Riza mentioned that they need to chat about whether he’ll return in January. He believes Colwill could step up his game, but it seems he ruffled some feathers at Cheltenham with those comments!
On another note, Josh Beecher is back in Cardiff after his loan at Barry Town United. The club thanked him for his time there and wished him luck with his future at Cardiff City.
