A beloved Bold Street venue will soon transform into a new tapas restaurant, bringing excitement to the local dining scene.
Crosby: So Salsa is making waves with its latest announcement. The popular tapas spot is set to open its fourth location on Bold Street next spring. They’re super excited about it!
The restaurant took to Instagram to share the news, thanking their amazing customers for all the support. They said, “Chapter 4… So Salsa Bold Street coming in spring 2025.”
This new venue will take over the space where Smiffys, a fancy dress store, used to be. Smiffys had been a fixture on Bold Street for over 20 years before closing its doors last November.
A spokesperson for Smiffys expressed their sadness about the closure, thanking the Liverpool community for their support. They acknowledged the impact this would have on their team, especially after the challenges posed by the pandemic.
