Blyth: A man from Northumberland is in some serious trouble. Eyton Parker, 48, is accused of having child sex abuse images. The court heard he collected these photos over three years, from 2019 to 2022.

They say he had a total of 84 images, including two of the most serious kind, which involve penetrative sexual activity. That’s really disturbing stuff.

Parker, who lives on Kings Gardens in Blyth, is also facing charges for having extreme pornography, which reportedly involved a woman and a cow. He appeared at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court this week but didn’t enter any pleas to the charges.

The prosecutor, Glenda Beck, mentioned that this case is suitable for a summary trial. She explained that between October 2019 and October 2022, he was charged with possessing indecent images, including 82 category C images and those two category A ones.

Magistrates decided they could handle the case, but Parker chose to have it heard at the crown court instead. He’s been released on unconditional bail and is set to appear at Newcastle Crown Court on February 4.
