London: Former BBC Breakfast star Louise Minchin is making a comeback! She just confirmed she’ll be back on our screens in the new year, and fans are buzzing.

The 56-year-old will step in for Angela Rippon on the show Rip Off Britain, joining Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville. It’s a great lineup!

Louise left BBC Breakfast in 2021, and it was a big surprise for everyone. But she didn’t stay away for long, as she jumped into I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! later that same year.

She shared the news on Instagram, saying she’s excited to be back. Louise posted some fun pics with her new co-hosts and expressed how much she loves the show.

She’s thrilled to work with Gloria and Julia, calling them legends. The new series kicks off on January 6, and it sounds like it’ll be packed with useful tips for viewers.

Fans are really looking forward to her return. Many took to social media to share their excitement, with one fan saying it’s been too long since they’ve seen her on TV.

Rip Off Britain will air 15 episodes over three weeks, focusing on how to save money and make the most of your time abroad. It’s going to be a fun ride!

Mark your calendars for January 6, 2025, to catch Louise back on BBC One and iPlayer!
