A man has been arrested following an attempted abduction of a young girl in Wolverhampton, raising community concerns about safety.
Wolverhampton: So, there was this scary incident where a 37-year-old guy got arrested for trying to snatch a three-year-old girl. She was with a relative when it happened, which is just terrifying.
The whole thing went down on Leicester Street around 5:15 PM on a Thursday. The police jumped into action and, after some serious digging, they caught the suspect a couple of days later.
Luckily, the little girl is okay, and her family is getting support from the police. It’s such a relief to hear she wasn’t hurt. The police are treating this as a big deal but think it’s an isolated case.
